After unhitching your fifth-wheel trailer or RV, steady it with the Ultra-Fab tripod stabilizer. Simply position the tripod beneath your trailer's king pin and adjust the height of the stabilizer hitch cup so that it surrounds the king pin. Use the handle on the hitch cup to fine-tune the height of the stabilizer. Turn counterclockwise until the cup is sufficiently snug against the fifth-wheel king pin. Once everything is in place your trailer will be stable and supported.

This pin tripod stabilizer in excellent!! Easy to work with, and installs very quickly. Our washer and dryer are in the front and, the tripod does just what it is designed to do, stabilize the 5th wheel.
Great product! Shipping time was just as expected. Would recommend this for any one that needs a shorter size to stable your 5th wheel, we had 35" from bottom of kingpin to ground and it worked perfect.
This helped me not onle stabilize my Fifth wheelbut, also helped me install new stability discs in my MORryde pin box.

I am quite satisfied with the quality and functionality of this product. However, the product brochure and other information about the product indicated an appropriate security padlock was included with the product. I didn’t receive such a padlock. I’ve checked at Home Depot, Walmart and Gibson’s and have not been able to locate a padlock which fits in the hitch cup. Can you assist me in securing a padlock which fits? I am attaching a picture of the hitch cup with pre-drilled holes for the padlock. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

It took out a lot of wiggle. Not difficult to install and remove. You can put a lock on it tomake it more difficult to steal.
I ordered the tripod just to get some extra stability on my 5th wheel camper. As soon as it came in I put it on and it made a HUGE difference! The front end of my camper used to have a little wobble to it and didn't feel very sturdy but now it feel 100 times more stable. I haven't had the tripod very long so I can't comment on weather or not it's extremely durable but it seems to be very well made.

Excellent. Really helps stabilize my rv. Recommend to anyone with 5th wheel. Also great security lock.
The tripod stabilizer is easy to set up and stores easily in original box. It definitely makes a difference as far as wiggle and shake inside the coach. A fifth wheel needs support under the hitch when parked, there's too much overhang past the stabilizer feet on the main frame of the coach.
I feel the unit could have been a heavier built to take more weight but I have had it tight and it held!

The stabilizer offers good value for the money. Still working well, havent used the extensions yet. Etrailer is a good company to do business with.
My 5th wheel was constantly shaking when walking inside the trailer. Once I install this "Ultra-Fab Economy 5th Wheel King Pin Tripod Stabilizer", the shaking stopped. I could not be more happy with this product. I highly recommend this Tripod.

I am very happy with this product, I would recommend this Tripod to everyone that has a 5th wheel.
I haven't used it yet. I had one a few yrs ago and it worked great. I switched out the 5th wheel hitch to a Gooseneck so I'm not sure how this will work with it.

First, congrats on the Gooseneck trailer! Ultra-Fab makes a gooseneck tri pod stabilizer part # UF19-950450. What I found is that you do not have to buy a whole new stabilizer. You can buy part # UF19-001057, which is the ball portion of the stabilizer, and convert the king pin tri pod over to a gooseneck tri pod.
Still working good. The only thing that I noticed on this is around the top were the legs go into the top there is rust and paint flaking off. We full time so it’s been from Cali to NY in the weather all year.
It heavy duty and works great to stabilize my 5th wheel. I purchased the ball assy so I can use this with my Anderson hitch setup. I also had to purchase the leg extensions so it would work with my 2018 Genesis Supreme 28CR Toy Hauler. The negative is it's heavy and awkward to store for travel. It does not come with a travel bag. I carry it in the back of my truck due to the sharp edges on the foot pads.
I ordered the ball for My gooseneck hookup and two days later I had it, Great service and great product, Thanks for going above and beyond to get my order to me

Good product at a great price. Simple to setup and a noticeable improvement in stability with other people moving inside the camper.
I like etrailer because they sell you exactly what they say they're going to sell you, at a very reasonable price. If you're in doubt about anything they have a video that will show you what you need to know. And if you still have questions you can call them and they will have the answers. However you access them they have exactly what you need.

A year ago I backed over an icy burm near my 5th wheel hitch and slid right into my kin pin jack. Oops. Took that one out! Ordered my replacement from etrailer and it came lick- ity- split. I love my new tri-pod jack. It's good looking, functional, and is very sturdy. Don't worry, I'm now a "snowbird"...no more backing around close to my unit in Oregon's winter months.
My order shipped on time, as promised but the package arrived damaged with missing parts.I called etrailer and talked to Carol,I sent pictures and after verification Carol sent me a whole new 5th wheel stand.The damage occured by the transport co. Who taped both ends of the box but left mutiple holes in the box where some parts were missing.I was surpised the carrier even deliverd the package that damaged, they should have taken care of it, by replacment on their own. The box was sturdy and proper for the product but was crushed during transit. Carol sent me out a brand new complete one right away instead of just the parts that were missing. I have used etailer for several rv parts and I will continue using etrailer in the future, they stand behind their product after the sale...thank you etrailer and Carol.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the padlock does not come with the Ultra-Fab Economy 5th Wheel King Pin Tripod Stabilizer any longer. If you would like to purchase a padlock at the hardware store the holes are 1 apart so you would need padlock that is 1 wide.
